Know Your Team, LLC in Mill Valley, CA seeks Senior Product Designer. Responsible for User Interface Design, front-end programming, product strategy, user interface prototyping, product management, user research, branding design, and marketing design. Specifically, responsible for designing and creating Icons and high-fidelity mockups using Figma as well as creating interactive mockups using InVision. Write production-ready code using the following programming languages: ERB, SCSS, Javascript, Ruby, Rails, Hotwire, Coffeescript, React and jQuery, SQL, Swift, Xcode, Bash and Terminal. Responsible for finding ways to create new product offerings or improve existing offerings by applying techniques such as competitive analysis, "Jobs To Be Done" interviews, Definition of Customer Profiles, Segmentation & Personas. Convert static or semi-static mockups created in Figma, InVision or Quarts into preproduction code such as HTML and CSS. Create reusable interactive interface components, animations, and test designs on multiple types of devices. Collaborate with Software Engineers to define the scope and estimate the duration of each of the tasks required to bring their designs to life. Coordinate the release strategy and reach of the new features designed. Coordinate with the Marketing and Customer Support team to inform users of new features. This part of the work might involve creating user manuals and other material to train the users. Identify how existing or new product offerings impact our users by applying the following techniques: Accessibility research, Plan and execute "User Surveys”, Plan and execute "Moderated Remote Usability" studies, Plan and help engineers execute "A/B Testing”, Plan and help engineers execute "Click Testing” and Plan and help engineers execute "Tree Testing.". Responsible for Asset creation using Adobe Photoshop, Vector asset creation using Adobe Illustrator, Illustration using Procreate and other drawing tools, Font-face & typography, Logo design and the Creation of Company & Product brand manuals. Responsible for the creation of websites to help market our products, creation of assets to paid digital advertising, creation of designs for email marketing campaigns and the creation of assets for social media and Blog posts.

Must have 7 years of experience in the job offered or in a related Designer role. Must possess experience with (i) Programming languages: Ruby on Rails, Ruby, Javascript, HTML, CSS, SCSS, and Git; (ii) Prototyping tools: Figma, InVision, and Xcode; (iii) Imaging Tools: Figma, PhotoShop and Sketch; (iv) creating and maintaining Design Systems with Figma; (v) Vector illustration using Illustrator; (vi) research techniques using user interviews, Usability Testing, Unmoderated Testing, and Quantitative/Qualitative surveys; (vii) Cloud Platforms: Heroku; and (viii) Mac OS terminal.
